As theycontinue to expand, were looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Officer to join thereteam and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our safety standards across all operations. The Role This is a hands-on, influential position where youll take ownership of health and safety across our live construction sites and office operations. Youll ensure full compliance while actively promoting a strong, positive safety culture throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular health & safety inspections and audits across live sites and office environments Maintain, review, and update company health & safety policies and procedures Manage and renew accreditations and compliance documentation Deliver safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks Produce clear, professional reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation Investigate incidents and implement effective corrective actions Champion best practice and embed a proactive safety-first culture What Were Looking For Youll be a confident and organised professional with a practical approach to safety management. Ideally, youll have: Proven experience in a Health & Safety role (construction or similar industry preferred) Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and best practice NEBOSH General Certificate (or currently working towards) Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work independently while supporting teams on-site and in the office Whats On Offer ??
