Facilities & Compliance Manager Location Regional across the North West Hours Monday Friday, 08:30 17:00 Apleona UK have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced, organised and professional Facilities & Compliance Manager to lead our FM team across prestigious client sites in the North West. The Facilities & Compliance Manager role is pivotal in ensuring full compliance with statutory, contractual, and health & safety obligations while delivering exceptional facilities management services. You will take ownership of both hard and soft services, ensuring all operations meet regulatory standards and client expectations. The successful candidate will: Champion compliance across all FM activities, ensuring adherence to legislation, industry standards, and internal policies. Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating hard and soft services, and managing on-site teams to maintain a safe, compliant environment. Accurately implement IFM requirements and compliance frameworks, reporting directly to the Regional Account Manager. Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders to align operational delivery with strategic objectives and compliance priorities. A strong background in Health, Safety & Compliance within FM is essential, alongside experience managing diverse teams and service delivery models. Why should you apply? Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven FM experience, ideally in a client-led environment Expertise in compliance, health & safety, and statutory obligations IOSH or NEBOSH qualified Experience managing and leading FM supervisors or equivalent Ability to influence and operate within multi-client/contract environments Skilled in implementing service delivery aligned with compliance and strategic objectives Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle Sound appealing?
