Langley is looking for a dynamic Events Administrator to join our team and help deliver unforgettable experiences.As our Events Administrator you will form the backbone to our key events. Using your enthusiasm and excellent communication and coordination skills, this position will play a critical role in making it all happen. This role is home based but there is a need for regular travel, both to Coventry and other sites as required in all areas of the country. The position is fixed term for 12 months on a part time basis working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £22,800 per annum. Using Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems. Communication – to delegates, venues, those involved in delivering the event including outside and inside speakers. On-site support at venues – including transporting resources, setting up areas of event, providing support to the delivery team as required. Some of this work will be out of normal office working hours and will require overnight stays. Speaker support – liaising with speakers, collating PowerPoint presentations. Event Implementation Meetings – attending these meetings both remotely and in person. Taking minutes as required and updating the implementation team on progress of event administration. Collating accurate statistics and information as required, including undertaking surveys or obtaining feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Presenting the information in a suitable format.
