Job Description If you’re an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) who is looking for a rewarding and varied role that will make good use of your organisational skills, then join the team at All Saints Hospital in Oldham as a Personal Assistant to the Hospital Director. As the PA to the Hospital Director, you will support with a variety of tasks including diary/meeting management, co-ordinating report submissions to the board, putting together presentations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be proactive, organised and approachable with a can-do attitude. It is a culturally sensitive service which has been created to provide support and rehabilitation with care and intervention from both deaf and hearing members of staff. You will be working at a multidisciplinary team at All Saints Hospital which have self-contained flats for men over 18 years old, to help them move along their care pathway to more independent living.
