About the role: Specialist SEN Teacher - Deliver personalised, adaptive lessons to learners with ASC and ADHD - Use consistent routines, visual supports, and tailored communication strategies - Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team including SENCOs, therapists and pastoral staff - Create a calm, structured and supportive space where pupils feel safe, understood and motivated - Assess, track and celebrate pupil progress in both academic and social/emotional development - Foster independence, emotional regulation and confidence What We're Looking For: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential - Strong knowledge or experience of Autism, ADHD and neurodiverse learning needs - Confidence in implementing adapted curriculums and behaviour-supportive strategies - A nurturing, patient and resilient approach ** QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - Essential ** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students ** £170 - £230 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only ** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship ** On site parking included ** Specialist SEN Teacher - experienced OR aspiring Apply now or contact Ollie Mynard at Academics Ltd: Become a Specialist SEN Teacher ! 01227 666 555 Candidates registering with Academics Ltd will have to apply for an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check where appropriate
