An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established Tier 1 contractor delivering projects across Yorkshire. This role would suit someone currently operating at Trainee or Assistant level who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role will involve: Supporting the Site / Project Manager with day-to-day site operations Managing subcontractor packages and coordinating trades on site Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety compliance Assisting with site reporting and programme updates Using digital site systems for reporting and document control About you: Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or a large regional contractor Strong understanding of package management and site processes Confident with H&S procedures and site compliance IT literate, with experience using systems such as Fieldview, 4P, Dalux or similar Willing to travel across Yorkshire Essential qualifications: SMSTS CSCS First Aid Package: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum Car allowance circa £4,000 Bonus scheme This is a great opportunity to gain further exposure on large-scale projects with a contractor known for structured progression and long-term development.
