Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to pupils with ALN in the classroom. Assist the class teacher with behaviour management and lesson preparation. Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions (literacy, numeracy, social skills). Encourage engagement and participation in learning activities. Build positive relationships with pupils and promote inclusion. Ideal Candidate Previous experience supporting children with ALN (desirable but not essential). Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach.
