About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer with Final Inspection to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet quality standards before dispatch to customers. Key Responsibilities * Carry out final visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards * Pack products accurately and securely according to company procedures * Identify, report, and segregate any defective or non-conforming items * Label and prepare products for dispatch * Maintain a clean and organised packing area * Follow health & safety, quality, and company policies at all times * Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily targets Skills & Experience * Previous experience in a manufacturing, packing, or quality inspection role preferred (training can be provided) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
