Facilities Operative/ General Operative x2 (URGENT REQUIREMENT) Location – Stevenage Rates – Competitive Rates We are seeking x2 reliable and hard-working Temporary Manual Labourer to support our facilities Manager during an upcoming office move. This is a short-term assignment requiring a hands-on, physically fit individual who can assist with clearing, moving, and preparing office spaces to ensure the relocation runs smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities Assist the Facilities Manager with clearing offices, meeting rooms, and storage areas Move, lift, and carry office furniture, equipment, and other items Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Sort, organise, and dispose of unwanted materials as instructed Prepare areas for cleaning, refurbishment, or handover Adhere to all health and safety procedures at all times Carry out general manual labour duties as requiredSkills & Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy items safely Good level of physical fitness Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Positive attitude and willingness to assist with varied tasks Previous experience in manual labour, removals, warehouse, or facilities work is beneficial but not essentialThis role is ideal for someone available immediately and looking for short-term work in a practical, hands-on environment.
