You'll be working in a high-security environment, where your skills will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of everyone in the facility. Key Responsibilities: Utilise your painting and decorating expertise to install, repair, and maintain the hospital's building fabric and fixtures. Conduct routine maintenance and respond to reactive requests efficiently. Collaborate with other trades, performing cross-trade work such as basic plumbing and glazing when necessary. Carry out first-line investigations into general building elements. Escort contractors while ensuring adherence to security protocols. Participate in the on-call system for after-hours support. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, with additional skills in related trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.). A commitment to upholding Trust standards, policies, and regulations. The ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs using relevant tools.
