Conduct routine maintenance and respond to reactive requests efficiently. Collaborate with other trades, performing cross-trade work such as basic plumbing and glazing when necessary. Carry out first-line investigations into general building elements. Escort contractors while ensuring adherence to security protocols. Participate in the on-call system for after-hours support. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, with additional skills in related trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.). A commitment to upholding Trust standards, policies, and regulations. The ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs using relevant tools.
