Benefits of working as a Panel & MET Technician include: Competitive basic salary up to £50,000, commensurate with experience OTE potential reaching £57,000 annually Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:30 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Opportunities for overtime on Saturdays Ongoing training and professional development programmes Supportive management team State-of-the-art workshop facilitiesThe position involves: Performing removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and trim components on vehicles Diagnosing faults accurately and carrying out necessary repairs Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality expectations Safeguarding customer vehicles and contents during repairs Interpreting technical data and utilise alignment equipment correctly Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment Reporting any additional faults or damages during repairs Completing all documentation accurately, with an emphasis on minimal wastage and correct part ordering Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard Supporting team members and assisting with workshop activities as requiredRequirements: Previous time-served MET or panel repair experience NVQ Level 3 or senior ATA accreditation (desirable) Full UK driving licence Own tools and equipment Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standardsThis Panel & MET Technician position offers a great opportunity for career advancement within a reputable company that values excellence.
