Position: Electro Mech Assembler Salary: £40,000 Location: Hackney Downs, East London Shift: Monday to Friday Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm Proactive are currently working with a client who are a market leader in their field based in Hackney Downs. The client are currently in need of a Electro Mechanical Assembler. The need is due to rapid company growth, the successful candidate will be joining a thriving business and be helping maintain the site's function through this exciting influx of work. Your daily duties will include: Key Responsibilities: Wiring, mechanical assembly, and hand soldering following work instructions. Perform go/no-go sub-assembly and product testing. Manage goods-in receipt processes. Pick assembly kits from stock and report shortages. Pack items for despatch to customers and suppliers. Comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 quality systemsRequirements: Experience in an electronics / electro/mechanical manufacturing environment is preferred. Robotics extremely desired. Ability to solder wiring and electrical and electronic components Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
