Closing date: 19-01-2026 Warehouse Operative Various Shifts 12.89 - 18.06 hourly rate plus great benefits (12.89/hr base rate plus 1.94/hr back shift allowance, 3.23/hr night shift allowance and 1.94/hr weekend shift allowance) 37.5 hours per week, full time, permanent 5 days over 7, including weekends Avonmouth CDC, Cabot Park, Poplar Way West, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YW. Please check you can reliably commute to the warehouse before applying Shifts available; Day shift 06:00 to 14:00 on a rota basis working 2 in 3 weekends Back shift 14:00 to 22:00 on a rota basis working 2 in 3 weekends Night shift 22:00 to 06:00 on a rota basis working 2 in 3 weekends Fixed shifts available with one weekend shift required, over 4 or 5 days, to be discussed at interview Were looking for Warehouse Operatives to work at our Avonmouth depot. No experience is required, all training is provided and the role comes with a competitive salary and great benefits package. In this role, you can expect to: Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse Work in a team to achieve key targets This Warehouse Operative role would suit people who can comfortably perform manual tasks.
