Solicitor Corporate (SME Focus) | Full-Time | UK Qualified We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (UK-qualified) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record advising SME clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with additional interest or experience in media, entertainment, or intellectual property . Key Responsibilities Advise SME clients on corporate transactions, including share/asset acquisitions and disposals, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, restructurings, and general company law. Lead and manage transactions from initial instruction through completion. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial documents. Provide clear, practical guidance to owner-managed businesses, start-ups, and growth-stage companies. Collaborate with colleagues across commercial, media, and IP disciplines where relevant. Requirements UK-qualified Solicitor with strong post-qualification corporate experience (PQE level flexible; competency more important than years). Demonstrable experience working with SME clients. Solid understanding of company law, transactional processes, and corporate governance. Strong drafting, negotiation, and matter-management skills. Interest in, or exposure to, media, entertainment, creative industries, or IP-related work (not essential but advantageous).
