Due to continued expansion, they currently have a requirement for an additional Sub Agent to work on rail related civils projects across the Central Belt which can include bridges, concrete structures, and platform works.As Sub Agent your duties will include:Managing and optimising the construction programmeManaging and minimising construction costsFostering and maintaining good working relationships with the client and client representativesLeading Safety Management on site for all activities, suppliers and subcontractorsProviding timely and accurate reports, forecasts and budgets for internal purposesLeading, motivating and monitoring the site team and developing the strategy as requiredManaging the supply chainApplications for the role of Sub Agent are welcome from candidates with:A minimum qualification of HND Civil xjdpvnf EngineeringSite Engineer or Section Engineer experience gained working for another civil engineering contractorAt least 5 years experience of working on a variety of civil engineering or rail projectsKnowledge of safety legislationPositive and proactive approach to problem solvingGood commercial skills
