Your New Role As the Systems & Process Lead within Procurement, you will own and optimise the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and contract management ecosystem, ensuring efficiency, control, and a great user experience in a regulated setting. You'll drive digitalisation and analytics across spend, supplier, and contract reporting; define and roll out global policies; manage taxonomy and data governance; and lead stakeholder engagement for new tool launches and process changes. You will also manage a small team and champion end-to-end improvements that align with enterprise risk, audit, and regulatory requirements. What You'll Need to Succeed Deep experience with procurement systems (P2P, contract lifecycle management), process design and governance in regulated industries, and leading change at global scale. You'll couple strong analytics with excellent communication and stakeholder skills, and be comfortable translating policy and control needs into pragmatic process and system solutions. Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI/advanced analytics in procurement) and proven project leadership are key.
