Business Change Analyst We are working alongside a large technology firm looking for a Business Change Analyst to join the organisation. In this role, you'll help identify business needs, analyse gaps, and support the design and delivery of business and IT change initiatives within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, playing a key role in shaping solutions, improving processes, and ensuring smooth adoption of change.
