In this role, you will: Drive revenue growth across all new equipment categories, taking full accountability for departmental budgeting, cost management, and overall commercial performance. Embed a culture of SHEQ excellence, ensuring full compliance while leveraging Safety, Health, Environment and Quality as a strategic advantage in the marketplace. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key target accounts to deliver annual revenue, profit, and unit targets. Identify and convert high-value strategic opportunities, accelerating growth across both existing and prospective customer portfolios. Lead the pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with Balloo's commercial goals and market dynamics, supported by clear, evidence-based competitor and market intelligence. Interpret market insights and customer data to pinpoint emerging trends and shape informed commercial decisions across priority sectors. Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing strong leadership, clear objectives, and ongoing development to maximise performance.
