You will support the company by monitoring progress of our various technical projects, prioritising and adapting to changing circumstances, and actively developing roadmaps About the Role Key Responsibilities Drive project success by monitoring progress across multiple technical initiatives and keeping teams on track. Prioritise and adapt as circumstances change, ensuring the most important tasks are tackled first. Develop and maintain roadmaps that guide the team and align with business goals. Maximise efficiency by ensuring resources are used effectively and projects are delivered on time. Implement and refine processes, making adjustments to keep workflows smooth and productive. Identify risks and opportunities, applying business awareness to protect and enhance project outcomes. Keep the team focused and aligned, using your structured approach to bring clarity and direction. Regularly review and improve workflows, processes, and resource allocation. Document and report progress clearly, ensuring stakeholders are informed. Champion quality and excellence, inspiring the team to deliver their best work every day. Skills Over 5 years of experience in within a technical project manager role, with experience of complex technical projects Educational to BSc level in a Technical, Engineering or related subject Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding and mentoring colleagues. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong understanding of IT software and infrastructure Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle or equivalent) Experience in version control systems (PlasticSCM, Git, Hg, or other) and project management tools (such as YouTrack) is desired, but not essential.
