We are seeking an?experienced?professional with experience?of?completing?end to end risk?assessments,?including fire?risk,?ensuring follow up actions are completed?and?that?weremaincompliant.?Do you want to work for a business that cares about more than the bottom line? At MSV Housingwerecommitted to making sure our customers havegood quality,?safe homes and this role is key in making this happen.?Our Compliance Inspectors?ensure?all?our assetscomply withregulatory?and group policy?requirements?by undertaking a range of risk?assessments, technicalinspectionsand data system checks.?Producing?reports,?our Compliance Inspectors?will highlightrecommendations,and issue?works?to ensure?our assetsremaincompliant?and?provide?advice?and support to?colleagues?for any implementation of?property compliance policies and procedures. This is a busy?and demanding role where you will provide a customer focussed approach putting our customer needs at the heart of what you do.?Liaising with internal and external departments?you will have the ability to manage and prioritise work to meet deadlines,?have?a?solid?knowledge of ICT packages?with a methodical approach?and attention to detail. In order tofulfil the requirements of the role,?a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
