## Joinery Estimator Location: Birmingham Salary: Competitive, DOE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent ### About the Role We are seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong commercial awareness and a background in bespoke joinery or fit-out projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of joinery projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions. ### Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects Interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender documents Producing take-offs and pricing materials, labour, and subcontractors Liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations Working closely with project managers and production teams Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost savings Assisting with tender submissions and contract negotiations ### Requirements Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or similar role Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery, materials, and manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines ### What We Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Stable, long-term role with a reputable company Opportunity to work on high-quality joinery projects Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities ### How to Apply If youre an experienced Joinery Estimator looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham, wed love to hear from you.
