Field Service Engineer (Industrial/Waste Machinery) Midlands, England 35,000 - 40,000 + Progression + Training + Company Vehicle + Expense Crad + Company Phone + Door to Door Pay Are you a Field Service Engineer or similar, with a background in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, more specifically a 60/40 Electrical Bias, with previous practical experience working on hydraulics, looking to join a well-established, rapidly growing company, recognised leaders within Waste Management industry? In this role, the successful Field Service Engineer or similar will be responsible for both the planned and reactive maintenance for waste handling/processing machinery and/or equipment. You will predominantly work with both balers and compactors. In addition, you will be responsible for the service and repair of said machinery, as well as any troubleshooting and/or diagnostics. On top of this, you will be responsible for both customer and client liaison, as well as providing technical advice as and when needed. Finally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked. The ideal Field Service Engineer or similar will have a background in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, more specifically a 60/40 Electrical Bias. In addition, you will also have previous practical experience working on hydraulics. On top of this, you will also have the ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings. Finally, you will have both strong organisational and communicational skills, as well as a full, valid UK driver's license.
