Baker Street sees exceptional footfall every day, and were looking for someone who can manage high traffic and fast turnover , while still delivering an elevated customer experience. This role will suit someone used to leading from the front , with a hands-on approach, a calm head under pressure, and proven experience in high-footfall environments like city-centre flagships, outlet stores, or volume-driven luxury retail.
