Salary: 13.35/hour Sleep-in shift: 12.21/hour Waking nights: +0.50/hour Location : Bridlington Type: Full-time (Day, Night, and Weekend shifts) Could you be a positive role model? Coaching and guiding the team along with supporting new team members on induction will be a big part of the role. Do you set a high bar for quality? You would be responsible for completing monthly audits, monitoring the Training Matrix and recruiting a top-rate team along with becoming part of a regional on-call rotation team. Do you care about our team? Ensuring team compliance to our policies, arranging cover for absences and other rota management tasks would be included. Could you provide feedback to our team? Conducting probation reviews, supervisions, ad-hoc documented discussions, team debriefs, annual performance & development reviews (APDR's), personal development plans(PDP's), Return to Work Interviews (RTWI) and any other 1-2-1 discussions with the team will be a vital part of the role. Are you interested in client welfare and progress? You would be responsible for writing support plans, preparing and attending client reviews, supporting new clients to transition, and risk assessments.
