Pay: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per year Job description: Swift Temps Ltd, trading as an Employment Agency are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Supervisor on a permanent basis in Telford This Contract Supervisor position will involve management projects from design to installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time through negotiation and excellent operational communication with inhouse design team and manufacturing department Based from our clients offices in Telford you will be required to manage projects across the UK visiting building sites, developers, contractors, architects, and construction consultants to manage projects end to end from pre-construction to handover Hours of work: Mon to Thursday 8am to 5pm Friday 8am to 4pm Qualifications / Experience: Proven experience as a Contracts Supervisor managing multiple projects within a aluminum, fabrication or glazing Strong background coordinating designs with experience using ALUK,/ SAS Technical ability to read and understand construction designs and agricultural drawings Strong knowledge of contract negotiation within construction industry Valid CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS card UK driving for company car usage Proficiency in contract management software s Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple contracts simultaneously Effective communication skills for collaborating across internal and external departments Applicants via CV only TPBN1_UKTJ
