Teaching across Early Years through to Key Stage 2, you’ll adapt learning to ensure every child can achieve, develop independence, and experience success.You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where pupils are supported to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.Key responsibilitiesTeach pupils working from EYFS through to KS2, adapting learning to individual needsDeliver core Maths and English, alongside a broad and balanced curriculumPlan, teach, and assess engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and confidenceUse practical, hands-on, play-based approaches to learningEmbed sensory-inclusive strategies into everyday teachingEvidence student learning and monitor progress through regular marking and feedbackCreate and manage pupil timetables that meet individual needsDraft, review, and update Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)Attend EHCP annual reviews and provide clear, meaningful progress reportsWork collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to whole-school lifeUndertake additional duties as requested by the Head of SchoolWe’re Looking ForExperience teaching pupils aged 7+, working at EYFS to KS2 levelsStrong subject knowledge in Maths and EnglishConfidence in planning, delivering, and adapting lessons creativelyA practical, flexible, and nurturing teaching styleAbility to inspire learning through engaging and innovative approachesCommitment to inclusive practice and pupil-centred educationAbout the school3 Dimensions School is in an exciting phase of growth and development.
