Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our Service Manager in the day-to-day leadership of an established service in Burton-on-Trent. You’ll play a key role in shaping high-quality, person-centred care while developing your own leadership skills. Location: Burton-on-Trent Hours: Full-time –28 - 35 hours per week Shift Pattern: 07:30–14:30 / 14:30–21:30 or long days. Must be flexible across 7 days. Every other weekend off. You’ll also be involved in recruitment, staff development, supervisions, and liaising with external professionals. Strong communication, record-keeping, and IT skills are essential.
