Working in our repairs and maintenance team, youll keep things moving behind the scenes so our customers get the help they need quickly. You have Experience in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance team, or good knowledge of the sector Knowledge of housing management and workforce planning systems Strong organisation and customer service skills Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines Confidence using technology and online systems Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves. The practical bits Youll work Monday to Friday Youll work core hours between 08:30 and 16:30 with flexibility built in We work a hybrid pattern with 2 days per week in our Welwyn Garden City office and the rest from home (if you want).
