Main Duties The Contract Manager would be responsible for 4 or 5 jobs at any one time. They would be responsible for Build Programmes and developing these, H&S on site, managing the site team and have them reporting into him, Dealing with clients, Cashflow / commercial awareness etc. Ideally Contracts Managers would have a background in planned maintenance and have experience in SHDF Salary £80k/90k plus package + Car Allowance, Pension, BUPA etc
