Children's Social Worker - Assessment Team | West London Hybrid Role Only Social Work England-registered Social Workers with the confirmed Right to Work in the UK are eligible for this position. We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a busy and supportive Children's Assessment Team in West London, offering hybrid working and pay rates aligned with the London Pledge. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners dedicated to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and families within a fast‑paced service. About the Role Working within the Children's Assessment Team, you will carry out timely, high‑quality assessments to understand risk, need and family strengths. You will collaborate with children, parents, schools, health services and partner agencies to ensure effective, child‑centred planning.
