And so is how we work with local communities to ensure our homes are designed in such a way that they enhance and complement their surroundings beautifully. You'll be working in Petersfield and the surrounding areas.  Working Pattern This role requires working 5 days in seven with a 2 consecutive days off in the week (flexible, to be agreed) so you must be happy working weekends.  About the role  Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Advisor will be an expert at selling customers their dream home. At Dandara we know those first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.  What you will do:  Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale – assist with optional extras as and when required.  Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser  Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments  Liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, legals and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion  Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices  Deal with any daily telephone/e-mail/postal enquiries  Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients  Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients  Ensure the sales area and any show properties are clean, tidy and well presented at all times  Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers  Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development  Be aware of market trends and remain updated on product knowledge  Carry out general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling of sales packs.  What you will have:  Experience of new homes sales  Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills   Strong Microsoft Office skills  Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills  Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business  Full UK Driving License  You must be able to work weekends.  What we will offer you:  Dandara was established in 1988 from the desire to provide innovative homes and commercial properties, which would offer real value for money without compromising on design, durability, or quality.
