Sales Performance Insight Undergraduate Placement - About The Role Location: Milton Keynes Closing Date: 30th January 2026 Salary: £22,912pa Contract: 12-13 months FTC Start dates are usually in June/July Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business. During this placement you will have opportunities to build your communication skills along with developing your personal and professional skills in a collaborative environment. What will you be doing? Support field and senior colleagues in Sales as they work with the UK-wide retailer network to maximise Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results Assist the team in launching retailer targets, refreshing sales forecasts, and distributing the information to key stakeholders Work with the teams to audit existing data and make recommendations for improvements Ensure all relevant strategic sales developments are communicated to stakeholders through a variety of platforms to support in field team engagement Creating and updating reports, empowering the sales team with the tools they need to succeed Managing month-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Taking ownership of personal projects that contribute to the team's overall success What are we looking for? Currently enrolled in a degree program in business management, economics, mathematics, or any related analytical or a business-related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude and a helpful, team-focused approach Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a numerical aptitude IT literate with the ability to grasp new systems/ skills in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with confidence, while also being a collaborative team player Proficient in Excel and eager to expand technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau About You About Us Why apply for an undergraduate placement with VWFS?
