Job DescriptionRead the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Morgan Hunt is working in partnership with a large social housing organisation to recruit a skilled and reliable EICRs across occupied and void properties. You will be responsible for completing EICRs within social housing properties, ensuring all electrical installations meet current safety standards. Where issues are identified, you will also be expected to carry out remedial works during or following the inspection, where appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out EICRs in domestic social housing propertiesAccurately complete and submit all EICR certification and paperworkIdentify electrical faults and non-compliancesUndertake remedial electrical repairs arising from EICRsRequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations2391 / 2394 & 2395 or equivalent inspection and testing qualificationProven experience completing EICRs in domestic or social housing settingsAbility to complete EICR documentation accurately and efficiently38 hours per weekWeekly payInitial 2 months work, could be extended.
