The project involves the construction of a semiconductor and micro-electronics facility supporting advanced technology and wearable hardware development.This is a technically complex build requiring a Project Manager with strong experience in services-led, high-specification environments.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the project, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Key responsibilities include:Managing the construction of a high-tech facility extensionLeading site teams, subcontractors and specialist consultantsFull responsibility for programme, cost, quality and risk managementCoordinating MEP-intensive and specialist works, including cleanroom and controlled environmentsManaging works within a live or highly controlled siteEnsuring strict adherence to health 'safety and quality standardsActing as the main point of contact for all project stakeholdersProviding regular progress reporting and programme updatesAbout YouYou will be an experienced Project Manager with a background in complex, technically demanding construction projects.Ideal experience includes:Proven delivery of high-value construction projects as Project ManagerExperience in high-tech, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or data centre environmentsStrong understanding of MEP-heavy buildings and specialist installationsExperience working to strict quality and compliance requirementsExcellent leadership, coordination and communication skillsRelevant construction qualifications and professional certifications are desirable.What’s On OfferHigh-profile, technically challenging projectLong-term opportunity on a flagship developmentCompetitive salary or contract rateOpportunity to work on future high-tech projects
