Travel will be required to various sites Permanent/ Full-Time Were seeking an experienced TUPE Mobilisation, People & Culture Manager to lead the recruittrainretain strategy for a new contract within Apleonas Integrated FM business unit. This pivotal role will ensure compliance and best practice across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, talent management, internal communication, and employee engagement for a dispersed workforce. Youll work closely with the Facilities Account Director and our central HR team to deliver a seamless TUPE mobilisation, embed company culture from day one, and build a high-performing, engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead a seamless contract mobilisation, ensuring clear communication, accurate data, and precise payroll delivery. Act as the primary employee contact throughout the transition to maintain engagement and confidence. Partner with the recruitment team and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Embed and champion the Recruit, Train & Retain strategy across the contract to build a strong, skilled workforce. Drive employee development initiatives, from apprenticeships to leadership programmes and succession planning, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Promote and implement wellbeing initiatives across the account, encouraging maximum participation. Champion internal communication by ensuring all company messages are effectively delivered and understood across the account workforce. Act as a champion for cultural change, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment across the account. Be an advocate for cultural change and the companys social agenda, including EDI, sustainability, and community engagement. Enhance employee engagement by driving participation in bi-annual surveys and supporting action planning. Promote recognition programmes to celebrate success and foster a positive culture. Lead regular engagement forums to maintain open dialogue and collaboration. Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on performance management, employee relations, and best practice. Analyse people data and metrics to identify trends and develop targeted action plans.
