This established restaurant has won awards and is fresh. The fish lands daily, as you would expect in this area. Sous chef 35-38k The role As a sous chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen with the head chef. you will ensure everything runs smoothly, that the kitchen is prep and cook in service. They sell meat and fish dishes but due to the area they do use fresh local fish as well.
