Lead Cyber Security Analyst/InfoSec Officer | Asset Manager | £200k TC I'm working with a small, private credit focused asset manager who are looking for a Lead Cyber Analyst - this is effectively a hands on junior Head of Information Security role, ideal for someone who has been the number two in a security function or has led cyber security in a small, fast moving team.The RoleYou will take end-to-end responsibility for information security across the business, including:Owning and evolving security policies, standards and proceduresManaging and challenging third party security vendors and MSPsLeading audit and assurance activitiesOversight of DLP, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and incident responseAdvising the business on emerging risks, including AI-driven security threatsWhat you needYou do not require prior buy side experience, although experience in a fund or financial environment would be advantageous.Experience as a Cyber Lead in a small-to-mid sized organisation or Senior/Lead engineer from a cyber security vendor or MSPAzure cloud experience is essentialFamiliarity with Zero Trust networking concepts (Azure-based)Broad knowledge of modern InfoSec tooling and practicesExposure to AI and its impact on cyber security is a strong plusThis is London based and requires 5 days in office.
