Registered Building Inspectors (2F or 2E) Location: Yorkshire (Hybrid working) Contract: 6 months + Day Rate: 75hr - 90hr(Inside IR35) Panoramic Associates is recruiting experienced Registered Building Inspectors for interim opportunities with a progressive Local Authority in Yorkshire. Join a high-performing Building Control team working across an exciting mix of residential and commercial projects from new builds and conversions to complex regulatory compliance cases. What You'll Be Doing Conducting statutory building control inspections across residential and commercial developments Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and BSR (Building Safety Regulator) requirements Reviewing plans, specifications, and structural calculations Liaising with developers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders Processing applications and issuing completion certificates Contributing to a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence Essential Requirements Class 2F Registered Building Inspector status (current registration required) Proven site inspection experience across varied building types Strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and BSR requirements Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ready to Apply?
