It treats HubSpot as a commercial enablement tool, ensuring campaigns, reporting, and pipeline hygiene are maintained to a high standard and support sales effectiveness.This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys building, testing, improving, and scaling activity. It is not a strategy-setting or people-management role.Responsibilities1. HubSpot Execution & CRM HygieneAct as the day-to-day operator of HubSpot for pipeline creation and reportingBuild, maintain, and update pipelines, lifecycle stages, and BANT-aligned fieldsMaintain high standards of CRM hygiene, accuracy, and consistencyCreate and maintain dashboards covering:sales activitypipeline creationconversion ratesvelocity / time-in-stagelead source performanceFlag data issues, anomalies, or inconsistencies promptly2. Digital Outreach & Email Campaign ExecutionExecute digital and email outreach campaigns using HubSpotBuild sequences aligned to agreed job titles, company types, and sectorsEnsure campaigns follow agreed approval, compliance, and brand processesMonitor performance and make iterative improvements to messaging and cadence3. Pipeline Creation & Early-Stage QualificationSupport the creation of qualified pipeline through outbound and nurture activityEnsure early-stage leads are accurately qualified and correctly stagedTrack conversion rates, drop-offs, and time-in-stage, escalating issues where required4. Collaboration & Sales EnablementWork closely with Sales and Marketing to support pipeline generationProvide CRM views, workflows, and reporting that support sales executionTranslate defined commercial priorities into executable CRM and outreach activity5.
