This structure enables continued investment in digital capability, innovation and people, while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance culture recognised through multiple industry awards.As e-commerce becomes an increasingly critical growth channel, the business is now seeking an Amazon E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of Amazon marketplace performance and accelerate growth across its healthcare portfolio.RoleAs Amazon E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance, visibility and profitability of the Amazon channel. You will take ownership of Amazon marketplace activity, ensuring listings are optimised, promotions are effective and advertising investment delivers strong returns.Working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial and finance teams, you will align Amazon strategy with wider trade plans and brand objectives, while acting as the internal expert on Amazon best practice.Key responsibilities include:Managing and optimising Amazon product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong brand presenceDriving sales growth through promotional planning, A+ content, SEO optimisation and advertising campaignsMonitoring and managing account performance, including Buy Box, inventory health, conversion and profitabilityAnalysing pricing, approving invoices and resolving financial queries to maintain margin controlDelivering detailed performance reporting and leading review meetings to track KPIs and identify growth opportunitiesAdvising internal stakeholders on Amazon strategy, trends and best practice to support long-term channel successRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will be a commercially minded e-commerce professional with strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplaces.You will bring:Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an e-commerce role with proven Amazon expertiseStrong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor CentralExperience managing product listings, new product launches and SEO optimisationStrong analytical capability, with confident Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups)Experience managing KPIs, pricing and promotional effectivenessA confident communication style, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsExperience within FMCG, healthcare or consumer goods is highly advantageous.Salary & BenefitsHighly competitive basic salary15% annual bonusCompany car or car allowance (£5,500)Pension: 6% employer contribution plus 3% employee contribution, with employer matching up to 10%Life assurance: 4 x basic salary (option to include partner)Private Medical Insurance (BUPA)Group Income ProtectionHoliday: 25 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysLocationThis role is a home based, with an expectation to attend the Central London office once a fortnight.ApplyIf you would like further information on this opportunity, please contact Aidan Goodall on 01943 667280 or email .
