This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, or for a current manager seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and progressive environment.The Role: Manage a varied and high-quality caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planningLead, support, and develop a small team of experienced private client professionalsMaintain and grow strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional servicePlay a key role in the strategic development of the departmentEnsure compliance and best practice within the team About You: A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in private client workProven experience managing your own full caseload with minimal supervisionStrong leadership and people management skills, or a clear readiness to step into a leadership roleExcellent communication and client care skillsSTEP membership desirable but not essentialA supportive and friendly working environment The firm offers lovely offices and a pleasant and supportive working environment.
