The hiring manager is seeking a candidate with early-career exposure to Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, combined with foundational claims experience (from any insurance line) and around two years’ liability knowledge gained through claims, broking, or underwriting. An understanding of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process is essential, and this role is well suited to someone who is eager to build a long-term career within commercial insurance. This blend of experience will enable you to confidently manage and support clients throughout the full claims journe-from FNOL to settlement. You’ll handle a varied range of liability claims while expanding your knowledge across wider commercial insurance lines.
