Our mission is to make preventative, accessible, and intelligent healthcare available to millions globally, connecting users with trusted products, services, and experts through one seamless ecosystem.As we scale, partnerships are critical to our growth. The RoleWe are seeking a high-performing Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition, conversion, and onboarding of product partners onto the AverCare marketplace.This is a commercial, deal-driven role. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality product companies to list their products on our e-store, pitching the AverCare value proposition, negotiating partnership terms, and closing deals. Once signed, you will own the onboarding process to ensure partners are successfully launched on our platform.This role suits someone who thrives in sales, loves building relationships, and is motivated by closing deals and driving revenue. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Acquisition & SalesIdentify, prospect, and engage product companies aligned with AverCare’s health, wellness, and preventative care ecosystemConfidently pitch AverCare’s marketplace value proposition to founders, commercial leads, and decision-makersLead partnership conversations from first contact through to signed agreementNegotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and partnership modelsConsistently meet and exceed partnership acquisition targetsPartner Onboarding & ActivationManage the end-to-end onboarding of new product partnersCoordinate product listing requirements, compliance checks, and launch readinessAct as the primary point of contact during onboarding to ensure a smooth and timely go-liveEnsure partners understand platform expectations, performance metrics, and growth opportunitiesRelationship & Pipeline ManagementBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partnersMaintain accurate CRM records and sales reportingNurture long-term partner relationships to drive retention and expansionCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to optimise partner success What We’re Looking ForExperienceProven experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or account managementDemonstrated ability to close deals, not just start conversationsExperience working with product companies, marketplaces, SaaS, health, wellness, or e-commerce platforms is highly regardedSkills & AttributesExceptional communication and persuasion skillsStrong commercial instinct and negotiation abilitySelf-motivated, target-driven, and results-orientedComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentHighly organised with strong follow-throughHunger to win, close, and scale partnerships Why Join AverCareBe part of a fast-growing global health tech platformOpportunity to build and scale a partner ecosystem from the ground upWork closely with founders and senior leadershipCompetitive base + performance-based incentives (where applicable)
