Counterbalance & VNA Forklift Driver NN3, Northampton Monday to Friday, 1:30pm 10:00pm 14.00 p/h We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance and VNA Forklift Drivers to join a busy logistics operation based in NN3, Northampton. This role is ideal for reliable and safety-conscious FLT drivers looking for stable weekday hours. Key Responsibilities: Operating Counterbalance and VNA forklifts safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Moving, stacking, and locating stock within the warehouse Supporting picking, putaway, and replenishment operations Completing daily FLT checks and reporting any faults Adhering to health 'safety and site procedures at all times Maintaining a clean and organised work environment Key Requirements: Valid Counterbalance and VNA forklift licences (RTITB / ITSSAR preferred or equivalent) Previous experience operating both trucks in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong awareness of health 'safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good timekeeping and reliability What We Offer: MondayFriday working pattern, occasional weekends dependant on volumes Supportive team and well-organised site Training and development opportunities If you are an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a long-term role within logistics, apply today.
