Youll work alongside skilled teams on the shop floor, applying your mechanical knowledge and production experience to help maintain efficient and safe manufacturing processes. What Youll Be Doing Support production and manufacturing activities to ensure smooth workflow. Apply your mechanical skills to operate and maintain production equipment. Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards. Follow health and safety procedures rigorously. Participate in shift work on a 2-week rotation covering Early, Evening, and Night shifts. Take advantage of training and development programs to grow your technical expertise. What Youll Need Formal engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent). Competent mechanical skills and a practical approach to problem-solving. Some experience or interest in production/manufacturing; junior technicians encouraged to apply. Eligibility to work in the UK with strong English language proficiency.
