Shift Team Leader 45,000-65,000 + benefits Diss, Norfolk MC Technical Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Shift Team Leader for a Power Generation Plant near Diss in Norfolk. As a Production Team Leader you will lead a two man shift team. Roles and Responsibilities As a Shift Team Leader you will be responsible for: Manage and be accountable for the core requirements of the SHE Management system Operate the plant using Distributed Control System (DCS) Ensure full implementation and continued improvement of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Manage day to day objectives for the site to include operational output, logistics, long term operational and maintenance needs, statutory compliance, resource planning and cost control measures Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: The successful candidate will be a competent CMMS user with a high level of technical and operational plant awareness Ideally you will have a time served' apprenticeship, a management qualification equivalent to level 3 or above, IOSH Managing Safely or above, with a minimum of 5 years power generation/utility experience You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and IT skills Comfortable working in hazardous environments Willingness to work on a shift pattern, averaging 38 hours a week What's on offer: A competitive salary ranging from 45,000 to 65,000 depending on experience 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays increasing with service Salary sacrifice pension scheme - %5 matched contributions, increasing with service Long service award after 10 years plus Life cover, four times basic salary Following successful completion of probation period Private Healthcare cover, Cycle to work and EV salary sacrifice scheme To apply: If you are interested in this role please apply via the link below or contact Jordan at MC Technical Recruitment on 01489533033 / for a confidential chat.
