Repairs & Voids Supervisor Property Services (East London) Fortus Recruitment are representing a leading maintenance contractor who are seeking an experienced Repairs & Voids Supervisor to join their growing Property Services division. This is a permanent position working on a newly awarded contract covering East London , delivering a reactive repairs service alongside void refurbishment works across scattered housing properties. As Repairs & Voids Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a large team of direct operatives, with additional oversight of subcontractors when required, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day supervision and management of operatives Carrying out pre- and post-inspections of completed works Organising and allocating workloads in line with programme requirements Delivering toolbox talks and monitoring health 'safety compliance Pricing works using NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) Travelling between multiple properties across the contract area Liaising with clients and tenants to ensure smooth delivery of works This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career prospects.
