The Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join our residential property. Team. The successful candidate will need to be experienced in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from beginning to end with particular experience in: freehold, leasehold, unregistered conveyancing, new build work small scale development work.The ideal candidate should be at least 5 years PQE, work well both independently and as part of a team as they will take on a full case load in a busy department undertaking high quality, conveyancing work.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 36,000.00-52,000.00 per yearBenefits: Company pension Employee discount Flexitime Free parking Life insurance On-site parkingWork Location: Hybrid remote in Loughborough LE11 1UU
