Position: Industrial Refrigeration SupervisorLocation: Scotland, Glasgow/Edinburgh & surrounding areasSalary: up to £62K plus benefits package & paid overtime x1.5 & x2Industry: Refrigeration & Cooling Technologies (Food, Pharma, Industrial)PRS has engaged with a key client and an innovative specialist within Cooling Technologies & Refrigeration Solutions supplied into industries such as Commercial, Food, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals & Industrial. We are seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor to hire on a full time, permanent basis.We currently seeking an experienced Industrial & Commercial Refrigeration Supervisor to cover Various customer locations throughout Scotland. Ideally you would have a Refrigeration Engineering background and familiar with refrigeration installs, servicing/maintenance and commissioning. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor to lead our Scottish operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing complex refrigeration systems, managing technical teams, and ensuring optimal performance across multiple client sites throughout Scotland.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesP&L responsibility for all quoted service worksTechnical and practical support to regional service engineersLiaison of daily service operationsHealth and Safety support to regional service engineers.Maintaining effective communication with contracted customersRecruitment of Service Engineer resource with RSMInteraction and support with Projects BUWorking with the RSM to develop region furtherCustomer reporting as requiredCompletion of all service engineer functions including call out rotaCo-ordination of regional projects as and when requiredExperience and QualificationsRelevant service supervision experience in the RAC sector and mobile service operations.
