Why Join Us Now Join an expanding design team with a secure pipeline of projects Be mentored and supported by our experienced Design Manager Work on a wide variety of faade systems, including fire-rated and specialist glazing Modern office environment at Quorum Park, Newcastle Flexible working options (38 hours across 4 or 5 days) + potential hybrid working once embedded Career progression opportunities as the team grows Regular CPD sessions and structured training program What Youll Do Produce accurate design and approval drawings for curtain wall and faade systems using AutoCAD Support technical documentation for fire-rated glazing and curtain walling Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors from concept to completion Contribute to compliance with building regulations and building safety requirements Engage early in projects to shape solutions that balance safety, performance, and value Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have Strong AutoCAD skills (essential) Proven experience in commercial glazing and curtain wall design Knowledge of U-values, thermal performance, and building regs Attention to detail and commitment to design quality Strong communication skills to work across disciplines Desirable Extras Logikal software experience (training provided) Familiarity with Revit Experience in fire-rated glazing systems Knowledge of the BSA Golden Thread and CDM regs Whats on Offer Competitive salary up to 45,000 Flexible working week (4 or 5 days) Modern Newcastle office with great facilities Hybrid working available once established Ongoing CPD and training support A clear career path as REDline continues to grow Apply Today Ready to grow with us?
